Track workout - settled on 1000m repeats. Still feeling Saturday but also want to keep a little in reserve for Sunday (Run for the Water). the first one felt terrible and I did bad math and it ended up being 900m. So then I did proper 6 x 1000m repeats. Later ones felt much better than the earlier ones.
4:00, 3:53, 3:54, 3:48, 3:45, 3:41
At least I got sub 6:00 pace for the last couple.
