Tried to meet Joe & Co out early before the Ship but never found them. Took it real slow for most of the run - warm and humid as expected. Ran with a young guy for the Ship portion and we just kept getting faster and I was able to hang. Last few miles were down at the old MP and I was shocked. Legs were a little tired, I was working, but didn't feel horrible.
Good confidence booster. GPS issues that last mile but it was about 6:50.
Left foot was manageable - never really hurt.
