Beautiful clear and cold morning. Perfect for running around the soft surfaced lake and throwing in some mile repeats. 6:30 / 6:25 / 6:25 / 6:11. Foot was status quo - not getting any worse and can just feel it - nothing more. Legs were feeling pretty good - form felt strong - was able to manage the effort well. Hips got a little stiff in the latter recovery miles but was able to rally for the last fast repeat.
