energy still low and warm and humid outside. Had visions of doing some tempo but the legs just were not coming around. Kept an honest effort most of the time, but felt like I was working harder than I should have. Ankle a bit achy as well. May take tomorrow off if it doesn't feel better.
Lower back a bit stiff as well post run.
