Long run finally. Joe/Mike wanted to end before Barton Springs closed to reservations so it was a crack of dawn start. Very warm and humid as usual. Left foot never felt better - very annoying. We kept it super easy the entire run. I took off the last few miles to put in some effort but couldn't get down to speed at all - muscles were tired and I was overheating. The pool did feel fantastic though.
