Early morning before Mason's band performance. Didn't peak at the pace, focused on legs turning over and easy effort. Kept getting faster and just stuck with it. Started breathing hard the last mile or so but overall a nice run. Legs coming back from Sunday. Right ankle hurting a little, spider bite better today than yesterday.
