Legs felt good on this easy week so I turned my easy 16 miler into a 19 mile hill run at tempo effort. Ran Barton Hills, Scenic, threw in a Mt Bonnell, and finished strong with the last 2 miles sub-7:00. Weather was so good I ran with a shirt and my shorts were dry.
