It was 102 at the start, down from a high of 104. Crazy June weather. Good lord I was hurting. Still managed a decent time - only 2 secs slower than a couple of weeks ago but I felt like my heart rate was elevated long after I finished. My recovery from the marathon last week might have taken a step back. 7th overall, 2nd AG.
