Started with a mile or 2 really early then met Joe / Cat / Matt for some easy miles. Then I followed them during their tempo run and got about 7 total miles at tempo effort. Came back to BSP, grabbed a fresh bottle then hit some hills (Rollingwood). Trying to remember how to run hills on tired legs to simulate Boston. Body was tired, lower back a little tender during the hills but overall a good run. The tempo miles felt very in control, even in this heat. Hills were tough but was able to keep a solid form - feeling strong from the core workouts.

Left foot barking throughout but still manageable.
