Legs not feeling great so I expected to stay around MGP but the paces were falling out pretty easy on the downhill so I stuck with it. Felt pretty strong the last uphill mile, shook off the teens, and passed 2nd place with about .25 to go to grab silver for the 5k. Thought about doing the 10k but had to get back to get on the road to the farm and definitely went out too fast for a 10k. Another good test of the legs before CIM in 10 days.
