Temps in the 60s with low humidity - felt so good. Running low on sleep so just met the Ship. Warmed up for a few miles, legs were feeling decent, left hip was a nonfactor. We hit the Scenic hills and started to push it and just kept the pedal down for the rest of the run. 6 miles or so of tempo effort and the pace matched the effort finally.
I think I got through the last niggle successfully by adding a rest day and skipping the track. Another week of focused training and then a week in Montana.
