Perfect night for a track workout. About 50 at the start and just got cooler for each interval. 12 x 400m. Goal was 1:20 and most were right in that range. Had a couple a few seconds faster. These paces were easier to hit than the 800s or mile paces on the schedule. Legs feeling pretty good for the 2nd run of the day. I don't think I trashed them for the rest of the week - we'll see tomorrow. 2 mile wu/1.5 mile cd.
