Took the day off yesterday to rest the calf. Killed me not to run this Saturday morning but I want to make sure I'm smart. This was a test run after walking a quarter mile or so. It was fine the first mile - once it started to get a little grumpy I shut it down. I think it's just a pulled calf muscle, nothing more. Should be fine in a couple of days as long as I don't re-aggravate it. I'm walking fine with it.
