Notes

A rare track workout for me but wanted to get in some intervals to keep the legs alive during these last few days before the marathon. Can't believe it was still in the 30s at 6pm. 4 x 800 in some cold blustery conditions - 2:48, 2:54, 2:50, 2:46. Everything feeling pretty good.
