the 'hat trick' - stratford, scenic, & bonnell, did 7 before the group
just kept it nice and slow, legs felt like mush at the end but had a little energy left and clocked a few 7:35 miles
gu before, and gu at mil 7, put some salt in the cytomax during the run, tasted bad but didn't cramp
warmed up again, quite muggy too
