Pretty perfect morning as usual. Started and finished good but the middle miles weren't there. The hills seemed steeper this year - maybe I need to focus more on strength. This was 2013 speed, was hoping more for 2014 speed (1:22ish). Team Truchard only had 5 people so we didn't even count in the standings.
