the workout was JimiTex 1600s - double your BQ time - so I should have been doing 6:30s
last time I did 6 of them all faster than 6:20
tonight I was still a little sore from Decker so I didn't know how many I would do or how fast
first one was way too fast (6:00) but felt pretty good so I did 5 of them, dialing back the speed a bit
everything feeling good at the end
