Legs still feeling good after a day off, weather got nice and cool so I just went with it again. Hit the hills and kept the legs turning over. Effort was controlled, not really breathing hard except Bonnell. Thought about putting the hammer down the last couple of miles but wanted to be nice to the hamstrings.
