Tried out a different mode on my HRM - "OwnZone", which originally had the zone set pretty similarly to my aerobic zone. And then it updated itself as I started running - to range from 155 to 170bpm, instead of topping out around 165bpm. Still, I managed to keep it down fairly well, as the average indicates. Won't be using that again, at least until I figure out how it works.
