Mixed 400s and 800s on a treadmill.

Don't have max heart rate values. Maybe sometime soon I'll find a way to track those easily as well. For now, I'm just happy to have some speed work in the mix, and looking forward to the point when I have better aerobic base and accordingly better recovery. Slow and steady!

Obviously, pace is irrelevant, as the real issue was the speed of the intervals. For the moment, 90sec 400s and 200sec 800s seem pretty reasonable. Hopefully by December, they'll be much faster.
