HRM batteries dead means no HR, but I took it really easy. I'm guessing max HR was around 160, and it probably averaged in the 152-155 range once it was up and going. Easy run; between yesterday's hard tempo run and (hypothetically) running a 10k on Saturday, I need some recovery. However, I'm experiencing serious lower back pain from the pull while stretching on Monday, so I'm just going to stretch carefully tonight and tomorrow and make a decision before bed tomorrow night about the 10k.
