The wind was brutal but the run was good – Longest run of the training season down! Felt good today, and the times were solid… but running into 15–20mph headwinds on 12-mile-tired legs is no one’s idea of fun. Three weeks to race day—I’ll do 13 for next week’s long run, then start a mild taper.
