Tempo pace: 6:57.
Didn't hydrate at all before hand (just forgot about it) and I was paying for it by the end of the run. I opted to just finish out the last mile slowly, rather than pushing in hard. I'll go ahead and switch up next week's tempo run to be a full 6. Assuming I don't overdo it at the beginning again, I should have no problem beating 7 minute pace, which is great.
