Notes

My breathing has stopped hurting. So I guess that's progress. I went out a little quick the first half mile or so, but I thought I kept it controlled after that. Ended up going 30 seconds faster than last time I did this route. Then headed back for what I thought was a guaranteed positive split, but ended up neg splitting somehow. So all in all, this run was full of surprises. Tempo til failure. Ball is life.
