Notes
This run was miserable. I've noticed that every last Saturday of my breaks, the run is nothing but pure struggle. I don't know how I managed to go 6:54 pace, I intentionally went slow and there were parts where I was basically walking through the snow. The only good thing to come out of this run is I only stopped once and that was to consider which way to take home due to the snow. Last time I hit the struggle bus this bad, I stopped like every other half mile or mile. I should have known this run was going to suck, I started it off with a One Direction song. My whole body ached, I wore too much, my gloves feel like I'm carrying rocks, but this run was to get in some mileage while giving my hips a break. So hopefully my body won't ache as bad tomorrow.
