About me: My hobbies are running (duh!), dog sports with my Labs (agility, obedience, field work, Dock Dogs), and running the household (two human children (17 and 16) and DH). |
Why do I run: It keeps my metabolism up and makes me feel good! And my weight has been completely stable for about 10 years now. I have done a few 5Ks, and always wanted to do a 1/2 marathon...someday when my life permits it. |
Why I started running: After I started to gain weight after having two kids, I started running. I've liked to run for fun since I was a kid, but life got in the way, and I didn't run at all in my 20s (but I did play a lot of softball). |
