Did this on the elliptical. It was supposed to be done yesterday but I didn't get to it w/Sam and everything else. Today's planned interval run was priority 6 and this run was priority 4, so I switched the two.
Usual elliptical workout, started very slow for the first 10 mins and bumped up intensity a little every 10 mins. Last 10 mins were upper 140s to just over the 152 limit at times.
