Elliptical

Notes

Too sore to run today so did the usual elliptical workout. Took 12 mins to come up to 132 bpm, feeling a little tired at first but once I got moving, it was OK. Gradually increased HR as usual but kept it lower longer, seeing as how yesterday's run was both longer and faster than the plan called for.
