COMMENTS: Felt really good. Ran easy up to Merle Hay (2.5 miles) and then ran harder to the turnaround (4 Miles) and reached half at 26:17 and then really bumped up the speed and hit mile 5 in 6:10 and then went faster until about 1 mile to go and then kicked it way back and finished real easy for a second half split of 24:20.
