COMMENTS: Perfect day for running! Great weather. Slight breeze around 5mph out of the NE. Went out in 5:41 and hit most miles in 5:40 or under until last 3. Threw in surge in Waterbury and caught 2 guys, then threw in big surge on Cummings and caught Piel. 10 mile in 57:10. Felt real good until calves and left hip hurt last 3 miles. One person passed me in last 2 miles on Kingman. Need some longer runs but all in all a great run.
