Training run for the half I have coming up in a few weeks. I feel like I ate too much this morning when I woke up and felt kinda heavy for most of the run. Need to eat less next race since I'm used to usually just getting up and going in the morning. Happy that I made the goal pace I plan on running in the HM, and slightly negative 5 mile splits so that not bad either. Couple of rough hills from mile 7-8. Hit my goal pace, and my legs are feeling pretty good so I hit that goal too! 27/144 AG 299/1966 overall 204/884 gender
