Notes
This was, by far, the best run of the year. I started by stretching pretty well and took the first mile easy...about a 10 minute-mile. After that, I let myself run a 9 minute mile. I took about 3 walk-breaks during this run, but only for about 30-50 seconds, at most. I feel that cardiovascular-wise, I could easily hit this distance, were it not for the fact that I'm worried about my problem knee.
So I'm up to 3 miles. Not bad, since I have about 6 months before St George. My plan is to go slowly; not too push myself too hard.
