It is so HOT here! Wendy and I ran around the Metro Parkway, near the Four Points Sheraton hotel and needed water almost 8 minutes into our run. I've taken a shower and shaved and I'm still sweating. This is a lot like when I was a missionary in Dallas, Tx.
Anyway, tomorrow when we run, we'll definately stay hydrated.
