Got 2nd in my division (There were 6 in it) and 19th overall.
Wendy and I were both registered for this race, but when we got there, it was POURING down rain with lightening and thunder. It was hilarious. Wendy opted out of running, but I lined up in the cold rain with everyone else.
The first two miles were pretty much uphill, followed by about a mile of slight downhill. I could tell that I was running pretty well and was happy to see my time recorded online. I had forgotten to stop my watch (as I sometimes do when I'm tired) at the end of the race.
The cool thing about this race is that it goes by the Spanish Fork Memorial graveyard, where the graves are decorated with flowers and flags. Very uplifting run.
