To be clear, this was not a run that happened the way that I would have planned. Because this was a group run with Lynn, Crystal, and Jessica, we were supposed to meet at 11:00 AM. But I was late, getting there, so I felt pressure to just get going. So I didn't stretch properly.
Had problems with my right IT Band (no surprise, there) and also my left shinsplints. So that was frustrating. I iced and stretched and rolled, after. Took some ibuprofen. I need to do another run before I really decide if my IT Band is really going to be a problem. Dang it all!
