Notes

This was one of my hardest runs. It's the first time that I've ever tried doing speedwork. I ran slowly for a quarter of the track, faster for the next, an all-out sprint for the next, then I walked the last quarter. It was much harder than I expected. By the time I got home, my thighs were killing me. I'll have to start doing this at least once a week.
