This was a rather easy run. I've noticed that even when I run 10 min. miles, because I'm using such a short stride, it seems like I'm running pretty fast. If I try lenthening my stride, it's easier. But for now, I'm experimenting with the shorter stride. During this run, my left knee felt like it was a little weak, but no real pain came.

I have the sense that ITB is going to be an issue again, but hopefully it's just in my mind. I'm hoping that my leg lifts will help me.
