This was a tough race...I kept thinking to myself that it was Sapper Joe's little evil brother. You run up for about 3 miles, then run a fast downhill. I probably walked at least 1 mile of the uphill...
It was hot and I needed water...they had a cup of water at the top of the hill (a 5 gallon container had been hiked up there).
