Well executed workout. Felt much better and stronger than last weekend. After very easy warm up mile, slowly picked it up to marathon effort over the first 10 to 15 minutes of the "pace" section. By the 20 minute mark of the "pace" section, I had dialed in "marathon effort & pace" and had no trouble maintaining that effort for the remaining 30 minutes of the section. Felt very much in control of pace & effort. Cool down was comfortable and easy. Completed full set of exercise routines after the run.
