Go figure. I had problems all day long with my contacts and at 2 p.m I felt terrible. I left work early & after an hour at home I felt good enough to run, expecting it to be a tough 7 miles. Instead I ran faster than Tuesday & basically just cruised through the entire 7 miles. No straining, exceptionally easy effort, & legs felt strong from start to finish. Felt very good with lots left at the end.
