That's my week runs done on Sunday i will do 5 mile then every week on my long run day i will increase it by one mile start from scratch again to make sure i do it right good run this morning came to bottom of Blyth hill and just attacked it and steamed up it lol legs feel great max heart rate 179 bpm = 96% heart work out rate
