Ran W4D2 with Copper on the trail. Actually it was a modified day as my Timex Triathalon watch is still on the blink so I just ran 5 min with a 2-3 min walk repeats and a final run of 7.5 min. I'm really sluggish because I had a tough day at work yesterday, am worried about a meeting this afternoon, and broke down and ate some junk at midnight. Ugh! When will I ever learn?
