Felt good all day. Started off by skipping some food on night shift. was tired and hungry on the drive home. No coffee. No food. Woke at 1:30pm (old usual wake time) - much sooner than I have been getting up. Ive been waking 2pm - 3pm and still feeling tired quickly. Took a shower when I got up. Went out for barefoot run. The Farmington River trail is still closed, but I hadnt been on it in a week. Packed dirt and crushed stone. Feet werent quite ready for this. Got a blister and maybe some bruises. Overall feeling really good today. Need to keep making better choices.
