4:25 PM. 85 – 90, DP = 60, mostly sunny. SG. Walked 2x (1:00), + 1x (1:30). Second lap. After 1st lap, I stopped at the house for 2:00 – 2:30. This time was NOT included in 2nd lap time. This is the first time I have run 2+ miles in one day since 2023-07-23.
