Wednesday 2017-07-19 ??? 7 1.25 5:30 AM. 65 – 70, DP = 69. CVT – East to 5.50 mile marker, then back. SG. Was planning to do 4 miles, but at the 1.25 mile mark, I got a sharp stab of pain in my LEFT ACHILLES HEEL , so I aborted the run at that point and walked back. Did not stop watch right away, so time is estimated. Ran with Greg Boone. 10:00 2 SI2
