Planned 2 mile warm up then 4x1.5 miles @ 7:35-7:40 with 800m recovery at 10:12. Set TM at 7.9 mph which equals 7:35 for the strength intervals. This wasn't really hard, but motivation was off. Also coughed a bunch. Rick had a fall and banged up his knee. It wasn't Lance's fault! Anyway, day off tomorrow.
