Good run with group from Y. Up to Hanson left to Harry Howes, and then out and back a Sunset road with Deering neighborhood to Y. Lance, Cremer, Gadbois, McCullough and me... I was the oldest!!! My first long run since HM in NH on 10/31. Felt pretty good and foot didn't seem to complain too much. I forgot how rugged the hills can be back there. I thought we were doing 7 and back to the Y, but we did 12 befre returning to the Y. I shoould have brought some fuel...I was starting to drag at mile 7.. oh well survived. This is my first 30 mile week in 6 weeks. Always helps to have the group with you. Neck and shoulders still tender from my initiation with freestyle swimming. Thankful fro motrin. Will likely not run tomorrow, but will try to see Salty at theY.
