legs were really stiff for some reason today...very good hill work though...first frozen face of the year!

Start easy and relaxed for the first 4 miles. Then on a hill that is moderately steep, run 8 X 8" at just a strong but comfortable effort up the hill.
Jog very easy back to the start/ then walk for 20" in to the next interval.
CD) easy and relaxed jogging to finish.
