TEMPERATURE: 60s
COMMENTS: Lenny, Nick and I caught a 3:15 showing of Spiderman 2 at Maple Ridge than some chinese lady made us go through the drive thru at Taco Bell even though we didn't even want to eat there. So we settled on Subway. Ate there and immedatiely drove to North Forest entrance. The path is 5 miles with .1 mile marked off. I wore the Camelbak and at first it was heavy but it got lighter as we drank every 2.5 miles. Stopped for a minute at the 5 mile mark (Niagra Falls Bouvelard parking lot) and then didn't stop again until the 10 mile mark. Waited for Nick to finish and bathroom breaks and then we headed out on a very easy mile out mile back run. Got a cramp from eating Subway only 15 minutes before running at the 3 mile mark or so. I just tried to take deep breaths and it seemed to go away a little while afterwards. 7:52, 15:07, 7:29, 7:18, 7:23, 7:11, 7:04, 6:49, 6:19, 8:13, 8:17.
