COMMENTS: Stretched then did a 2 mile warmup. Ran the 5k inside the 10k with Sam and Dembrow. Went out real conservative but it backfired because I couldn't pick it up. Splits: 84, 86, 85, 86 [5:42], 86, 86, 86, 86 [11:28- 5:46], 86, 87, 89, 89 [17:22- 5:54], 40. Then a 1 mile cooldown. Ran it like a workout I guess because I haven't been training to the capacity I am capable ie. no long runs and lack of workouts.
